I had a great time at this hotel during our visit to Lake Tahoe! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and equipped with fun amenities like a large Jacuzzi. However, I was disappointed that there were no actual spa services available, and some parts of the room needed repairs. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again due to the comfortable atmosphere and great location.

Our stay was a mix of highs and lows. The mattress was firm and comfy, which we loved, but the room was quite dark and filled with some odd features like a heart-shaped bathtub. The Wi-Fi was not dependable at all, which was frustrating. Plus, the noise levels from outside and other rooms made it less than ideal for a relaxing experience.
